Security Deposit Protocol
Ensuring authorized residency requires verification of booking authority. We manage all security deposits through a secure, official administrative process to maintain the integrity of our private estates.
Effective May 11, 2026, a minimum security deposit is required for all stays: PHP 10,000 for 1-bedroom units and PHP 20,000 for 2- to 3-bedroom and penthouse units. This policy applies strictly to all guests, visitors, and unit owners to ensure property integrity.
